Unfortunately ProxyScrape aren't accepting orders right now.  Very depressing.  They were excellent!

Old post now but for anyone looking to buy I advise against it not alot has changed , they changed providers and the new proxies seem terrible , I was getting timeouts on 30-45 seconds with some proxies , the "1,000 USA proxies" I bought also appear to be all in 1 subnet (closely) unless this is just a gateway and overall kinda shit compared to their old provider
