BTC Monitoring tool - Notifications

Hello,

 

Does anyone know of a free to use tool where I can set notifications for different values.

Let's say I want a push notification on my phone if the value drops to $4000, as well as a notification when it reaches $8000.

 

I guess I could build one myself, but why re-invent the wheel?
