This user is trashing my sales

I am not sure if this is the right place to post it, but here we go.
 
The user is 'spikep1ayz' and he purchase my auto Discord gift claimer (will basically claim gifts that are sent in servers etc automatically).
 
He replied this on my sales thread:

This is 100% false, nothing is wrong with my software so therefor I don't deserve such comment on my thread.

In the image below he said he will down-vote my thread and leave a negative feedback on Shoppy.
I replied "That is totally okay, and is your right to do so." - but I don't think it's his right to leave such reply on my thread, and a false reply.
I also told him you can open a scam report against me, since he thinks he got a software that doesn't work and that is a valid reason for a scam report but he choose to reply on my thread.. (makes sense?)
 

 
And then in a private channel in my servers for customers only this is what happen:
 
The user 'Darknessgm' had an honest mistake, he sent me the wrong hwid, he sent me the right hwid and everything got solved.
 

 
A few people our enjoying my software with no problems.

I hope staff can take care of this and take the appropriate actions against this user and his reply.

I would report it but I wanted to give staff full 'view' of what happen
