How often should I weight train a part of the body?
Bro it is not how often, it is more like how much you need. And the most important in what stage of training you are in. If you are just starting do a full body workout every day, or every other day. If you are intermediate, you can try PPL. Which stands for Push, Pull, Legs. So Monday: Push, Tuesday: Pull, etc etc. If you are above that, go for individual parts of the body. But at the time you are at that point, you probably don't need my advice because you will know what is the best for YOUR body.
