Well I workout constantly also and use to wrestle in HS. So recently I took a break for around a month, got back and my BONES hurted so bad after working out. Ever had smth similiar? Its getting a bit better now that I keep going and getting my pump back.

Yeah your muscles are been in 'off' mode for a month. So they need to start working again. So my tips are; try to train often, but do not overtrain. Train not too long, and not too heavy. Build it up again, and you will be back to normal in a week.. And most important take your rest!!!!
