Having a read on this, would be ideal if it works on Dell. Is the best to go to a post (I think seen someone here) that sells those Dell serial number and bang those in the email?
Also, 'working for the country' seems a really odd excuse to give, would as much as it is pains me to say, an excuse about COVID work. Something like I cannot do that as I am self-isolating at the moment and am not allowed to go outside?
Maybe they would cave in because a) they do not want a COVID-related item to be back anywhere near Dell and 
even if they do arrange a collection from my house.. would they want to risk sending a UPS/DPD/whoever they use and touching stuff they know can be contagius?
