Co-Op is a great service when they are able to help you, but I am unable to recommend at the current moment. My first order through them went very smoothly and did not encounter many issues, after placing my second order and waiting for 2 weeks I contacted one of the staff and they sounded surprised that my order wasn't completed yet, like it was skipped. Regardless once the issue was resolved the refund was completed within a few days so no problem there.
My current order has been sitting for a month and 2 days and I have been unable through many attempts to initiate any contact with staff, granted the timeframe for the store is listed as '3-7 days'. Hopefully they're just having issues with staffing at the moment, but it is a little frustrating as I have no idea at what step my order is currently in if I even wanted to legitimately refund.
