Honestly, I was in the same boat with just being depressed 24/7. I have a wife and a kid but for some reason my brain refused to let me be happy.

I went to the doctor and saw some specialist and am now on meds. No, it's not my preferred way with dealing with it, But it worked. 

I don't think about suicide. I see more good in life.

Also spend more time outside doing things. It's literally a free medicine.
