not sure if this is in your wheel house, but im looking at using youtube's encoding services for my own use.
bascially upload a video via the youtube api (unlisted), once uploaded download the video from yt, and then delete the video on youtube
if you can do this what would be the price on something like this, i was going to do in node.js as they have an upload lib, but i am swamped with work so looking to outsource this.
