I'm so sorry for this I'm NEW on this type of FTID and NO ONE try to help me, but basically I bought you a FTID V2 for example (label i think), ship the product, wait a couple of days to get a notification that the product arrived to the costumer but It never did, then I talk to the company about what happened to it and then what should I do because in the systems probably says that it really arrived but they can't find it, (social enginering) so about what's next because it's like there fault that it "never arrived" and I need to find a solution?.
Im really interested on buying this type of service and ttrying to someone to explain it for like 3 almost 4 weeks but as I say no one try to help me...

Could you spare some info in DM or something or just find it by myself. Really interested in this service.
