- bad vouch , the ftid i orderd got relabeld an i cant get a refund from the store without getting in trouble
so ftid failed and owner doesnt want to refund me really nice service cant recommend anyone better use someone else

No VOUCH for their LIT
Ordered DHL LIT in Ger. For some of you who don't know, it's called "Lost in TRANSIT".
Everything they do for 30€ is, to give the TID a Scan at the Packstation, open and close it, and that's it. There is no further movement of it, so no transit starts at all. Wtf?? Support is not helpful, tickets are ignored and their so called chat on telegram to discuss their service and experience you get blocked when sending negative review.
Overall I feel scammed here.
