First of all i want to mention that @Customization and @rathered already posted methods on how to get SE Seagate. However there method isn´t working worldwide (at least not for germany)

Brain - You will need to be creative a lot if times

Serial (they are region locked)

Knowledge of FTID or a boxing service in your country.
