Thanks for placing your order and choosing better sound from Bose. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours with a prepaid return label for your current product. Once we receive your product, we will ship out your replacement. The exchange process should take no longer than two weeks.*
Please note: Your replacement product is covered under the Bose limited warranty for one year.
*sleepbudā¢ exchanges may take up to 4 weeks to receive once your product has been shipped back to Bose.

you can either make up an excuse not to send the product back or just FTID them once you get the prepaid label
