i did not buy from this seller but i also got the email.

only used 1 key on this account. but used the other 9 on other account that one did not get the email yet but probable is next.
i am looking if this is even legal what adobe is doing canceling subscription out off no where with a friend which is a high court lawyer.

 

 

UPDATE: it seems every body that got the email got the same grace end date so this can be 2 things.

1. this is a scare mail to scare people using the redeem process to stop using it and is just a mass email to anybody that used the redeem process during a specific time period to both normal way to get redeem code and the way it been on sites like nulled. and the outcome will be after grace period nothing happens.

or

2. or there canceling all redeemed subscriptions that took place with in set date both legit users and people like us. (this one is legally not sound in most country's, like my country where redeem code for a subscription use categorized under gift & gift cards which legally protects the end user off the gift & gift card from any legal trouble, border import tax and cancellation of a service or reservation unless the company is bankrupt) this is going to be a pain in the ass for adobe if there make these choice.

4 of my customers also got the same email as above that state fraudulent redeem key. All of them bought on june-july.
I messaged the seller own. he said he will check. But still waiting for a reply. Hope there is a solution.

To all the customers that got them email above, I'm actually trying to figure out why that happened since I was getting the key from a genuine codes provider, can't answer everyone.
Will keep everything updated here

I have some updates.
I tried to call adobe support about the subscription telling them I got these fraud emails, they told me to ignore that emails as all the codes I redeemed are completely valid until 2021 (the date depends on when you redeemed the code) So everything should be fine, if you want to be more secure contact adobe support by yourself

The email is confusing, first they mentioned "Adobe APP not Genuine", then redemption code? They should be more clear on this email wtf.

Yes me too contacted adobe and they said ignore the message. Lets wait till Nov 15 and see.

Update : It has expired. @own what will be the solution now? Replacement or refund? Or anyway to fix this? Please update asap customers are freaked out.

@own Subscription has has expired. what will be the solution now? Replacement or refund? Or anyway to fix this? Please update thread asap since you are not replying to telegram or discord. customers are freaked out.
