I contacte him on telegram, He also sent me a pm here.

After sending him funds, he requested that i should upload screens which i did.

After few seconds he told me he had sent btc by sending a txid.

I checked my balance and nothing was received. Immediately I checked the txid on blockchain, i saw it had 25 confirmations

I have reported case on paypal but i doubt I can get the money back.


Kindly ban him.

Did you send as G&S? You can refund it. Or if its F&F you should call your bank and reverse it
