This tool is DoS,not DDoS, this isn't distributed, because you are the only how are using the script.

 

And this tool didn't DoS the website, this script just kept sending the packets back, and with the tecnology of security in most websites, will eventually ban temporarily your ISP (Internet Service Provider) until you stop the script, then everyone except you can acess the website.
