Avoid like the plague!
Lots can be said about this "service"... tl:dr is that they will lie to you ALL THE TIME and stall as much as possible. And in the end nothing is being done. Screenshots of our convo are included so you can check for yourself.
So, if you are looking for a good refund service, look elsewhere right now!! And save your time and patience. They will say they have issues with the shipper (always that same bullshit), that the stuff was finished, at the same time you receive emails from the store saying nothing was done, etc, all sorts of lies.
So, save yourself the hassle and use a decent service, not this one. I'm sure more of their lies will ensue here, but it is what it is. Here is the convo and their blatant lies.

Your refund was a complex matter that we are still dealing with hence the updates have been far and few between as we liaise with the merchant.
