Additional Information: I have been requesting for a refund since yesterday and he keeps asking me to wait until Friday. I have asked him to give me Proof so that I agree to wait till Friday but he has not provided with any. His sales stated that will get confirmation in 24-48 hours max and tracking in 3-4 days. Which is way past the time frame he promised now. Would be amazing if Kanal can cooperate and provide complete refund.
