We've talk on his discord server, so most of conversation are gone. He promised to provide the above, and then two days ago disappear.
He has a new Discord, and he told me to relax and ask again for my addresses, but since yesterday he is not available.
I Would like to get my money back, or tracking number for my products.

Just a tip,try chargeback'ing him on PayPal.Even if sent as f&f,you might not get the money back but will cause him some troubles.
