Update there are Escooter subscriptions starting €10 and unlimited scooter sharing with Lime and Voi €39 per month. Which is better than own a scooter if you live in a city. Because scooters' battary drain quickly and you can not lock them safely on the street. But using other scooters on the street you can use it all day long because they are everywhere. Second you don't need to lock and worry about if someone steal it or give a harm.

DO NOT REFUND A SCOOTER, because you need to register with a insurance. IF you involve in an accident it might be a trouble for you.

 

If you have any methods on saving escooter sharing (most likely the unlimited one) services please share.

 

@Alexej27 I have a free method for your own escooter (you only need to pay the insurance which is €8-15 yearly) pm me. I did this and it works. But you get your money back 90 days later (or when you return the escooter successfully).
