Additional Information:
Seller refuse to give the download link to the bot, he said I was banned for 30 days on his server for supposedly "disrespecting" his staff which he can't even give proof cause all I did was report an issue to the bot, and give suggestions to the bot

and the ban was from the toxic server, not the access to bot,

he can't "not" give me access to the bot I paid, I have the right to use the bot, because I paid for it

I just want a refund now, seller can't be reasoned with

 

I need access to the public download link too where his buyers can also see and download it, otherwise he might just give virus to me alone,

but he can't do that cause he kicked me out of his server, the only option he can give me is refund

@Lucas He actually have access to the bot and the updater work fine. I will not refund him, and he have used that bot already a lot. I don't see any reason force me to unban him on my server.

You can do what I said, create a member group on your server with no ability to talk and only give him access to the download link channel. 
He will use the server to download the bot whenever he needs to.

I will not. This guys cause problems with my customers, and my support team. There is rules, he break them, he get temp punish. He keep bot and bots updates through the updater. So he will not unbanned on my discord server (the discord server is not a part of the package sell). 

 

I do that only with him because his toxic, i will not unban him until punishement expiration. Unban him would prove him right

You are doing this out of spite and this is unacceptable. You won't follow simple instructions that would settle the dispute and you prefer to use your own personal terms which are invalid on our forum to defend your actions which are unjustified if the proper procedure is followed (such as giving him a mute rank on your server so he CAN'T cause problems because he can't speak) 

Ultimately you risk your reputation, your account, and potential sales, over spite and that's such a shame. You could have resolve this properly like a mature person but it seems like you are not.
