man if they refuse your refund it's because you used a shitty method like i never received my order
True, or because you have associated accounts with related devices/payment methods/credentials (almost similar mail/names), or too much refund requests.
Also, when you say you never received your order, the customer support has the possibility to check the route of the delivery man and to see if he tried to contact you or not.
For info, if he tried to contact you and he waited at least 8 minutes at the delivery address, then he will have followed the "Uber Eats drop-off delivery" and you will not be refunded no matter what.
Best methods for a refund are :
- Items are missing/wrong (do this 1 time out of 5 orders).
- "I found a hair in my order" (do this 1 time out of 10 orders). Just take a picture of your order and draw a "hair" with paint of photoshop, then send it to the customer support.
- Wrong order received (do this 1 time out of 5 orders).
- Food made me sick (do this 1 time out of 10 orders).
If you do the "I found a hair in my order method", don't do the "food make me sick" method before having made 9 other orders, these two methods being in the same "category" of refund (contact type).
