After him telling me that he doesnt care about his business, and he said 50% or nothing, i convinced him to give me 50% in the end as a secure payment since he didnt care about the business, video recorded with convo if needed, i did it to ensure some payment back since he said he didnt care.

Instead of letting me handle the situation and waiting for him to refund you in full or getting banned, you agreed to take 50% and close the dispute just as a decoy to then force him to refund the other 50%? I dont understand, I dont see him taking advantage of you, just you trying to speed up a process that is not your responsibility. You should have waited for the full refund like I told him.
