I'll tell you this right now, fuck a different company itll take the same time but you wont have to do nearly as much work or have to pay someone for an Invoince, photoshopping, FTID etc. 

It's pretty much the same and simple to SE any laptop, trying to do it without boxing/FTID is a lot harder. 

For non-boxing/FTID: Pretty much damn near impossible with dell after being goat-sed by everyone. 

For boxing:
1. Get a Invoice with an Active Warranty
2. Get a picture of the serial area of the laptop you want
3. Photoshop the serial onto the warranty save that picture as a copy because you will need to Photoshop it again
4. do the usual troubleshooting steps with any company, (my laptop doesn't work fix it or im gonna go karen mode)
5. Theyll want you to take a picture with the serial with info written on it such as the ref # address time date etc. Youll get it all in the email and here where you photoshop the copy
6. Box them, match the weight of the item with either dry ice if its over 5lb or reg ice if under,  make sure to add it right before you deliver it or shit will melt and the weight will be off. Do not use a random object or rocks.
       6.5: FTID them, you can use some services on nulled that will get the item stuck in transit and counted as loss in transit on the shipping company, this will make things easier as its not theft rather just missing. Again, Ice not rocks/random object. 
 

7. tape the box with one color of tape, either ducktape masking tape whatever, then cut it, get a Clear tape (best Option) or  a different color and retape over your old one
8. slap that bitch into the shipping hands and wait for it to get delivered
9. When they say they never got it, go full karen and demand a replacement and ask how does an empty box weigh xyz based on tracking info. 


Seriously though do razer, theyre slow and unresponsive but I used a FTID who is banned now and sent them a 1 by 1 foot box full of rocks (they sent me the picture)  and they still sent me a replacement.
