Must be Mamta, I had her too lol 3 weeks of back and forth - takes days to respond, maybe a week. Still asks for S/N despite it being registered and recognised on the account! Grrrrr
Yup! I had her on 3 of my tickets, sent her pictures, invoices and videos also. After all of that she always says the S/N is already registered. This only happens with her, not a single rep does this to me.
