1. Call Deliveroo
2. Say that the order arrived damaged and that you ordered a drink and say the drink spilt all over the order and everything was damaged
3. Then say 'This is unacceptable' and they will offer you Deliveroo Credit Refund
4. You can ask to get it refunded into your bank or credit refund

But preferably credit refund and this also works for JustEat as well!
