TLDR: Recommended. Devsly service is super organized and definitely trustworhy.

 

My customer experience started about two weeks ago, when I placed an order using their service.
My order has been handled by a coder that was specialized in the programming language required for the specific task. This is already a good point because I noticed that they host many coders with different specializations, meaning they can handle almost everything from desktop to web applications.

I have been requested to pay a % of agreed price upfront, but funds haven't been paid directly to the coder as Devsly has an internal middleman/escrow service managed by their Store Managers, meaning that you cannot be scammed by coders.

 

Managers always took a glance at my order status, making me feel very comfortable and under attention.
They've been following the work being done by the coder that was working for me, joining in our chat to provide feedbacks.

 

Lastly, even if the deal hasn't been concluded because the specific coder stepped down from Devsly team (couldn't be expected), I'm satisfied with my experience because I've been immediately contacted by @ZeroPaul that provided me with a full refund for the % that I had to pay upfront.
Overall I do not feel like I wasted my time (in this specific case) and I'm very likely to use their service again in the future.

Please respond on your server. My ticket was unexpectedly closed by one of the managers quoting that I was unresponsive (I wasn't. My old discord account got termed), and it contained proofs, etc., about the money I sent 100% upfront for the whole project. The project has been being worked on for months at this point; I am definitely unhappy with the service and the slow response by the management and shenanigans of that kind where my ticket gets closed, which contained all my requirements and other stuff since now it would be my word against devs in case of any disputes, worst-case scenario.

What do you mean, please respond? We already responded. Why are you making such a big deal about this, it's unfortunate, and we are sorry that one of our managers deleted your ticket, but you don't need to prove anything, your work will still be completed as normal.

What do you mean, please respond? We already responded. Why are you making such a big deal about this, it's unfortunate, and we are sorry that one of our managers deleted your ticket, but you don't need to prove anything, your work will still be completed as normal. 

I am upset because the current developer did not completely understand what I needed since the previous developer decided to quit the project. I stated my requirements properly and completely on the existing ticket; all they needed to do was read my requirements and ask me questions, which would now be tougher. Unfortunately, the project meant to be completed in a week has taken around 2-3 months. And when I asked why the ticket was closed, I was blamed and told that "I need to respond" instead of simply admitting that it was their fault. And when I requested for a new ticket to be opened, the response/resolution took almost a day, which is quite unprofessional given that you call yourself a professional team. Anyway, I do not want to argue anymore, I want my product delivered after setting a fixed deadline, or I prefer to be fully refunded.
