Hi,
I sold one guy auth key for software for 1 month.
He was using it without any issues, but after month when key expired he wanted his money back ,so wrote to paypal about refound.
My balance is -30e (amount of money that he paid me for 1 month subscription), paypal blocked my payments, i can only add cash or refound, also require me to send them my ID card etc. if i won't do that in 2 weeks they gonna add more restrictions. What restriction gonna be added ? what can i do with that ? I have bank account added to paypal, can they somehow take money from my account or do other things ? please answer me
