Made an order with them yesterday, but the VPS wasn't provisioned automatically. I have created a ticket asking for an ETA for the order provision, however no response have been given for more than 12 hours.
I don't mind waiting for the VPS at all, since it's just an order to test your service, however what made me writing here is the fact you are ignoring messages in Telegram while being online there and also on this forum.
Since you don't have automatic VPS provision, are you guys willing to at least provide a ticket response with an ETA?
