Amount scammed: $95 + damages. Lost all data on my RDP

Additional Information: First month with them was fine. Then one or two days into the second month they lost me all my data. They avoided me asking for a refund and have now closed the ticket.
Not really looking to keep my business with a service who can't keep my data for longer than a month and then act like nothing happend

Hello @HBST sorry for your data loss, just to clarify a few things, you were asking refund from a non-concerned department, i can see you opened ticket in "technical support" and by the name u can obviously tell that they wont be able to help you with the refund and hence avoided that request, but they should have redirected you to billing team, this is something they will improve on. All you had to do was reach out to either "billing department" or [email protected] for a resolution on your refund request. Using proper support channels is important since people have ability to only work within their assigned roles.
Sad to see you leave the service, such hardware related issues is beyond our control as well and is tough luck.
Anyways, i have asked the billing department to give you the refund and a credit to your account as well in-case you would be interested in future.

I assumed it was a technical issue when opening the ticket. I wasn't aware there was a billing department and I have tried to reach out via different channels with no success.
I have replied in the ticket and have no doubt I will receive my refund sooner or later.
