I'm wondering if anyone got ever sued or rebilled by store.google.com for se-ing a pixel phone?
Do they take legal action?

They probably won't investigate unless your opsec was dogshit, but if you do get investigated you should be fine. Most large companies will only rebill you and that's about it.

Ight. I ordered it to a random house near of mine and picked it up when it was being delivered. I misspelled my name too. If they would send a rebill to the address, who would pay for it as I do not live there?
