Deposited funds and trying to order a label in hours.

Website does error "QTY cannot be 0" over and over again, even thought QTY for Customs documents is obviously not 0. Cannot withdraw my balance, it's stuck on the site and I cannot use their service.

Support doesn't answer question over telegram or support tickets.

I've been having the same issue. I always get the error "QTY cannot be 0". Did they fix it for you?
