If you read the terms of agreement (the ones you have to click that you understand when entering your information), they stipulate that you can only withdraw actual MONEY in increments of 10,000 euros.

 

So, when they say this in their FAQ:

 

I can't withdraw because I don't have 20 euros yet. What can I do?

The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods (including internal transfer for reinvestment)is 20€, and we are not in a position to lower it. Since you have less than the minimum required, you cannot reinvest this amount or withdraw it yet. What you can do is deposit your own funds and go through the recycling process to generate more profit. Or you can invite more people and this way you will add more referral commissions. This way, your total withdrawal balance will go above 20€ and then you can withdraw.

 

 

this is purposefully misleading because it sounds like you can withdraw your account when it hits 20 euros, but that's not exactly how this sentence translates.  when they say that 20 is the minimum withdrawal amount for ALL METHODS, they mean it is the lowest amount you can withdraw OF all the methods (& btw, they're actually ONLY referring to internal transfer for reinvestment, NOT CASH WITHDRAWAL).

 

I know this because when you click that you accept all terms, it very clearly states in the terms that you can only withdraw in amounts of 10,000 euros.
