In order to lose weight and build muscles you need to eat enough proteins, carbs and fats and there are even muscles gaining pills available. The key is to know when and how to eat these in the right ratio. Bodybuilding is all about gaining muscle mass and losing fat. So, if you have a lot of fat to lose, you need to burn more calories than you consume. A lot of people think it is enough to do exercises at the gym to lose weight. This is not true. You will not see results if you do not control your nutrition. You need to make sure you burn more calories than you consume. Lift weights and perform cardio to gain muscle mass and lose fat.
