I will not promote what I am about to bring up but I will explain it for those who do not know about it. I'm sure you all have heard of interm fasting, great way to bring your body in keto, lose stubborn fat. Water fasting cranks it up a notch if, the title is self explanatory, no food, straight H2O, water. Many studies and documented sessions revolved around Water fasting out there, has major health benefits, some including practically eliminating high blood pressure, resets eating habits and taste buds, mental clarity, etc. On top of that you lose weight fast, practically falls off once you enter keto. I know this thread is about losing body fat + gaining muscles but I felt as if I could add something to the weight loss aspect of it!
