I tried this service a while ago, I was very satisfied, but now I 'm gonna leave, because when I request an automatic replacement I do not receive anything, after opening a ticket the only response is: We We have no more stock. So I i'm with accounts that I paid for a year and paid more to have replacements which ultimately are of no use to me. sad at first it was really good

Service seems to have degraded. Tickets take like a week to be answered. Bought a 1-year subscription and it stopped working. They are now out of stock and I'm left with nothing..no indication of a resolution. Quite disappointed.
We have solved the issue
don't ever get good credentials automatically anymore. always have to wait a few days for a reply to a ticket and even then have received non working credentials. says you have automatic system to check for abuse, how about use that same system to check to see if your providing valid credentials to begin with. unsatisfied.
