it was my first purchase with accounthub, within the first initial purchase i got 1 account which was expired in April 2021. I clicked on automatic replacements then i got an account with invalid password. Then this happened.

they asked me a valid reason for a replacement. Ok, i am asking a valid reason why you denied this request.

honestly speaking I judged this service as not it is listed in premium account section but when I visited their website  I saw their well polished coded website and design . I thought they know what they are doing and they are doing their best to provide services. 

Yesterday, I opened a ticket telling that the account I got within the initial purchase was an expired account and I had a chance to place an automatic replacement. So what I did just placed an automatic replacement request and I got another account instantly  which is not existing/wrong password/email. Ok, so what's can be the main issue?oObrzpA.png

 

According to me, they have no checker to check the accounts or they are providing accounts with changed password or it is getting changed in the meanwhile when they are listing it . I understand the circumstances many things can be happened. But What I am not understanding is that even if I am telling them those things. They are asking me the same thing which is "provide a valid reason for replacement". The same song every time. It shows how careless the support is and remember I highly afraid the next 1 year with the support as I bought the account for 1 year. Guys $25 is not a joke. 

 

Ok, I am not judging them fully maybe its just me who is getting treated like this. I don't know but what I faced with them I am just telling.
