thanks I have seen your reply on ticket, it feels good when support understands the problem. anyway i opened the ticket with mentioning the reason. I understand due to more  messages they might not have seen the initial message. Not a problem. I hope and wish u keep improving your support and services. yo just paid for netflix 12 month, 1st account didn't work, 2nd account banned within 15 minutes of using. will update later.
