Seems like you have copied the name of the video along with the link. Look carefully in the course.txt file and you'll see that it contains link and name of the video, copy only the link. If thats not the case then it is possible that the links have expired. If links have expired then just use the tool again to get new links.

Edit : I think the links have expired.

I did start all over for another course, but it acts the same thing after using the new links.  I wonder if Udemy tracks the ip address.  Can you check on your end to see if the tool is working correctly?
