I understand you didn't expect him to do it after he disappeared but he did it. This would have been easily verified by you through the tracking number directly on the DHL website where the packages are tracked directly and quickly.
I am new to this, it is my mistake and won't happen again.
I can't make him fully refund you for a job that was done, but I can accept that he does a new (ONE) drop off for you when you need it in the future. A full refund is out of the question.
