I've used this recipe for quite a while now, its pretty cool! The volume on this is just monstrous .. like you get to eat so much in much lower calories compared to other foods.

Ingredients:
Whey protein
Xanthum gum
Almond milk or water
How to make?
Mix your scoop of whey protein into your blender along with almond milk.
You can also choose to add frozen strawberries, egg whites berries for better consistency.
Once it is blended up nice take it out and throw it in a bowl.
Put half a teaspoon of Xanthum gum and then start mixing it!
When you start mixing it, you will see that it gets fluffy and thicker. Keep mixing it until you have lots of volume on your bowl.
This is quite tasty, now enjoy your low calorie protein fluff!
