If someone doesnt pay upfront fee or doesnt even want to pay 10 quid for it it clearly shows the person wont pay the fee at the end its not about affording mate but more about safety

I understand your point but most major refunding services ask for the fee to be paid once refund is confirmed by the retailer. If the customer doesn’t pay the fee, you contact the retailer and tell them to cancel the refund as the parcel arrived or as you’d rather return it which will then go bad on the customer. There’s many ways to avoid non paying customer but I get your point
