Additional Information: Basicely I payed for 2 upgrading, few hours after paying he asked me to wait 4 days for exam stuff ... Obviously I don't want to wait and just want a refund, and I'm sure he already know before that he won't able to deliver my order right away. At the same moment @Benlliure run a sales ... Make no senses to run one if you are not availiable ...
