Short Description Of Product / Service: AirPod Pro 1:1 Replicas
Thread of Sales: https://www.nulled.t...JXflYSfPKTQTLfG
Screenshots of Conversation: Provided to Lucas
Amount Scammed: $2400 AUD
Proof Of Payment: Included in screenshots sent to Lucas
Additional Information:

The main disagreement is that I believe there's been a substantial shift in quality between the second and first batches I purchased due to quantity (15 then 31).
Which directly led to the deactivation of the serial number which means I'm unable to sell the product as advertised. They're intended to be 1:1 replicas with
specific working features, I've been confronted by numerous customers who have claimed these are not working correctly / at all. He's offered for me to return
these at my own cost however, returning each piece individually is too expensive. I would attempt to collect the defective ones and return as one set, but I
can no longer sell them due to the serial number being invalid.

He assured me that with a custom serial number (real ones purchased directly from retailer not second hand) which I provided would be able to produce 200+ pieces,
however within less than 30 days and 30 sold the serial number has been deactivated. According to Monmak this is due to an unnatural number of people looking it
up in a short period of time or taken to the Apple store. The serial number was blurred in my advertisement and only shared with people I sold to plus an
additional 10 if we're being generous. If crucial features aren't working I've sold and I have no ability to inspect prior to prevent someone from going to
Apple and having them look at what they believe to be legitimate apple products and then subsequently potentially having the serial number deactivated.

If 100-200 had been produced and sold which was later stated instead of the 200+, I would have no issue but it was nowhere near the advertised amount for a
custom serial number. On top of the fact by Monmak's estimation the reason it was deactivated is because of someone taking it in to be inspected as a result
of bad quality.

@MonMak500 Why would you tell him the serial is valid for 100-200 airpods when you use it on only 50 at a time? It makes 0 sense, if anything you should have given him a lower number to expect from the serial because this is obviously a matter of somebody just going to the store and it being flagged as a replica, giving a rough number of 100-200 when in reality it could be flagged on the 1st pair..? That's an extremely misleading promise. You should have told him it could last for 1 or 10000 sets if you were not going to give him an accurate rough quantity. What's the difference between telling him 100-200 and 500-600? 100-200 is much more believable, that's for sure. You should have been more realistic when giving him a number of units that he could have manufactured from the initial serial.

We have come to an agreement with the rest of the staff that this is not an acceptable situation for the following reasons:

1) The seller himself uses each serial for 50 sets, and we've seen in some cases that it lasted for 24-48 hours after delivery for the serial to completely die.

2) The seller himself had the possibility to mention this, in fact, could have warned the buyer on the real number of sets he could manufacture from a single serial based on the sellers own experience (if he makes 50 sets / serial why would he not clarify this would be the maximum?)

3) The seller stated that he should be able to manufacture at least 200 sets of airpods by purchasing 1 set and getting the serial. This is an extreme exaggeration of reality. It simply is not true. If it were true, he would do this himself. If he did it himself he should not say on his thread that he changes serial every 50 sets.

Overall I see 2 things. Oversimplification of a not so simple matter, and exaggeration of the numbers.
Firstly the seller should have made the buyer aware that there was a chance, albeit small, that the serial would stop working after manufacturing even ONE set of airpods. I think this was not mentioned because this would have ruined the sale of the 31 sets he ended up buying.
Secondly the seller stated very clearly, before even manufacturing the 31 sets, that the buyer should be able to make ''at least 200 pieces'' from the serial https://media.discor...444/unknown.png this is evidently not true, because he himself only does it for 50 sets or so. There is no reason why the serial he uses for the 50 is lower quality than the serial the buyer acquired and provided to allegedly make 200 units without an issue.

In our opinion the seller mislead the buyer directly by exaggerating and avoiding real explanations on the matter (regarding how many would it actually take for the serial to be replaced, also neglecting the fact that the buyer, most likely, didn't know how serials worked and had no reason to know before buying that the serial could be replaced after 31 units unless the seller himself told him and warned him about this specifically)

We consider that the sellers misinformation made the buyer purchase the 31 sets (thinking it would be around 200 in total) and even if the buyer profitted from the sale of the 31 sets he already bought, the profit is minimal in comparison with what he should have been able to make. We also think the seller should have told the buyer that there was no certainty on a number of units that could be manufactured from a single serial and that it was reliant on many situations including apple ''just blocking it'' like he said just yesterday when the buyer contacted him: It shows he could have warned the buyer about all these situations but decided not to.

We have concluded on the realization that there's no possible compensation for this situation other than a partial refund (which was refused by the seller) or a return of the units and a replacement given with new serials (also refused by the seller)

We see no other solution but to ban the seller to avoid future situations like this one.
