I've used Nova's services in the past, and let me tell you that he really IS different from other refunders. He actually does have a much larger variety of stores that others simply don't have, and knows how to do one's that aren't on his list; simply put, he actually does know how to do these things and isn't just following a single method repeatedly for a few select big stores.
He's capable of doing big refunds, I'm currently working on a 11k refund with him. In the past he did a double dip on a Lenovo order for 4.5k see for yourself.
I've been using refunders for years, and Nova is one of the two refunders that I would wholly recommend.
