THANK YOU! I actually own the product lol but I was afraid and skeptical that they wouldn't go through with a replacement for me. I own a superlight mouse and the scroll wheel broke cause I dropped it while cleaning off my desk. my dog has also taken it and tossed it around and it didn't break. But it breaks from a 3ft fall. 

 

So far they're reviewing the case. I will try update this if they DON'T send a replacement.
