legit! I sent him $71 accidentally and he said I can keep as store credit! He was able to refund a new order on a new account! He also refunded a share pin!

Have done 2 Instacart orders through them for grocery items, both over $200!
Got them done within 2 days (Instacart customer service is unreliable and takes awhile to get into contact with them), but when they do, the refund is done with ease.
Will keep going back for more orders.
