Well it might work for some, but there is no public list of sites that do cross ship based only on card details or taking a euro and refunding it, I know for a fact that evga and corsair make you pay before, then when you ship the product back they refund you, although it might be possible to contact the bank and tell them why your money is missing, they will see that the transaction is just stuck and not paid, and will unlock the money, then you can close the card and receive the package.
