Warning to others. Deal with caution.
I lost my money so you don’t have to. I booked with this guy and also my friend booked with him. He was not able to complete the bookings he promised for either stay. My friend’s booking was 3k+ and mine 220€. My friend finally got his refund after weeks of asking. I am still yet to receive mine over 3 months later. He told me he can not refund me so I can use it as credit on another booking. Which I did not want. Finally I found myself needing another hotel so I booked with him. When I arrived at the hotel reception couldn’t find the booking and when they eventually did I was informed the booking had been cancelled 4 days prior. I notified the seller of this to which is response was “no it isn’t”. He tried to argue it wasn’t cancelled when it clearly was, as the hotel would have no benefit in lying. I again asked him for a refund and told him I would have to share my full experience if no refund was made today. I don’t want others to suffer like I have.
Stop thrash talking; If you have proof of what you’re claiming come up with that; We will see..
