Didn't work for me.

I did FTIDv3 it got delivered on 17th and today i got an email with the cancelation of my repair order, saying that:

1. either i canceled it

2. i took over 30 days to ship it or

3. the S/N didnt match to the device i sent them (but they never recieved it)

 

idk if i should call them and asking why my request got canceled? i live in germany btw
